Work Hard, Play Hard, Love Hard
Give us a shout at bsway@bswayoffarmlife.com — we’ll see what we can do!
Please double-check your size and color before ordering. Made-to-order apparel is final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
BS Way Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love the BS you bought.
Because many of our products are made or decorated specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders:
If we screwed something up, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Please include your order number and photos showing the problem.
After we review the issue, we may replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. If the mistake was ours, you will not be responsible for return shipping.
Sizing:
Please review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering. Because each shirt is made/decorated for the selected size, color, and design, ordering the wrong size does not qualify for a return or refund.
Customized or personalized products:
Personalized, customized, and special-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in producing the order.
Sale and clearance merchandise:
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Order problems:
Contact us at bsway@bswayoffarmlife.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll review it and work with you to make it right when something has genuinely gone wrong.

Shipping & Fulfillment
Most BS Way apparel and handmade merchandise is produced in small batches or made to order right here by us. We're a small family business—not a giant warehouse full of robots—so please allow time for us to make your shit properly.
Order Processing
Made-to-order apparel will typically be prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.
Orders containing handmade, personalized, or specialty products may require additional processing time. When an item requires a longer production period, the estimated timeframe will be stated on the product page.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order when tracking is available.
Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are separate from our 5–7 business day processing time.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible at bsway@bswayoffarmlife.com and we'll do our best to correct it.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside our control. However, if your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help determine the appropriate next step.
Please report merchandise damaged during shipping promptly and include photos of the packaging and damaged item when possible.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be offered for eligible orders when shown as an option at checkout. Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Combining Orders
When an order contains products with different production times, the entire order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated.
